Interviewing and selecting an architect, an interior designer and contractors or builders can be a daunting task for many homeowners. I will accompany you throughout this very important part of the journey and help you assemble your project team without that nerve-wracking “shot in the dark” feeling. As part of this process I can help you develop bid forms and specifications to insure that the bids that you receive are fair and accurate and help you analyze and compare those bids to insure that you are getting the best prices possible.
