Preliminary Assessment

Whether you are considering the purchase of a property or you want to expand or renovate the home that you currently own, I will work with you to provide a second opinion or help you develop and organize your wants and needs and guide you to the next step of the process. During this assessment, we will analyze the feasibility of your project based on your budgetary goals, determine if you need to work with a design professional, help you identify potential pitfalls to your project and provide suggestions as to whether your project is one that you can contract yourself, or if you need to hire a general contractor.
